Question for Pokemon Emerald
I was wondering if there is a sort of Action Replay code which allows the Pokemon you capture into a specific poke'ball other than a basic pokeball or master ball? If there isn't a code like that, then more specically is there a code that allows your captured poke'mon to instantly transfer into a Premier Ball or Dive Ball?
I was also wondering if there is any way to obtain a black Rayquaza in Emerald without cheating? I managed to pull such a feat in my Saphire version.

1.As far as I know there is no such cheat.
2.Well if it's shiny,but you will have to be lucky.

Question 1 nooo way jose
Question 2 yeah, all the rare Pokemon that sit there you can get shiny easily. Just use the shiny codes then goe to the Pokemon and save in front. Turn off your GBA and turn it back on. The Pokemon should be shiny.
