For the Ancient Tomb, use Flash in the middle of the chamber. For the Island Cave, read the inscription and run a lap along the perimeter of the chamber.

You got to look for a smll cave on island 7 and solve the puzzle with the boilders.

You have to go to an island and there figure out the ancient inscription and it will say a door has oppened somewhere then you go to all the places the one that is open you will desiffer the ancient writing then in one of the tombs I think you have to use fly

Alright ok not to sure of this but I guess I am at the same time. You either go to the center and use flash for regiroc or registeel. And the ice I'm pretty sure you walk around the cave wall once or twice. Hope it helps.
