Leaf Blade can only be learned by leveling up.

There is not TM called Leaf Blade, however this a move called Leaf Blade. But only Grovyle can learn it. If you haven't evolved Treeko into Grovyle, yet, make sure that you evolve hime before he reaches level 29. Because that's when he learns it. If you still have Treeko and he is past level 29, well all you need to do is evolve him and get a heartscale and go to that move tutor guy in Farllarbor or however you spell it... But if you didn't choose Treeko as your starter, well you're out of luck because he's the only one who can learn it...

what if i chose not to learn it by accident can i get it back for my grovyle?

I think there is no Leaf Blade Tm. However, Grovyle learns it at level 29.

There is no TM for Leaf Blade,dude. The only way your Pokemon can learn that is if you use the Action Replay or GameShark, other than that, the only Pokemon the CAN learn Leaf Blade is Grovyle.

there is no tm leaf blade but HOWEVER grovyle/gallade can learn it at level 29 but gallade doesnt learn it at level 29 sorry thanks for choosing my advise and have a wonderfull time in the world of POKEMON!!!!

Accidentally I changed my sceptile's leaf blade ith slam(!) But I had a heart scale, So I wen to the move tutor guy at Fallarbor Town, It is the last building inside the city of the upper row, you go there you give him the heart scale and he can make sceptile learn leaf blade. No cheats no action replays no anything, clean new moveSmile
