Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hello , I really want Deoxys and I know a few things to how get it but I still on it and I wonder if it will work. 1. I have a Eon Ticket on Saphire but I don't know how to use it 2. I heard if you have 201 Pok�mon , you must go to Mossdeep Space Center and talk to the White guy on your right. If he says "Thats was succesful flight 98!!" then you can catch Deoxys.
My Question is 1.How use you Eon Ticket on Saphire? 2. Is this true?

1. If your using cheats, then your one of many who encounter this problem, including myself. Just use a warp code, it's easier.

2. No, Its NOT TRUE.

1.Just go talk to that person who has a boat,that guy on the docks in lilly Cove City.

If you have an eon ticket talk to the guyin lilycove at the boat and when you get to the island you can catch either latias or latios. WARNING save before you talk to the egg at the island. 2 That is not true. There is two ways to get deoxys-1 use an action replay or gameshark, or go to a nintendo event.
