Question for Pokemon Emerald
1.How do you get the eon ticket my friend said you could get it when you have latios or latias and go get a lottery ticket I got latios and got a ticket and it still said that the numbers didnt match.
2.Is my friend lying?

1. The lottery has nothing to do with getting the Eon Ticket. Neither does finding Latios or Latias. To get an Eon Ticket, you need to obtain it from a Nintendo Event or cheat using either GameShark or AR.
2. Yes you're friend is lying.
