Once on the island tap the black triangle from the Left then the top then bottom then the top then the right then the left then the right twice then the left then the top and finally the bottom then it will shatter and doexys will attack

Go to either the port at Slateport or Lilycove and Birth Island should appear on the list of options to travel to. After you arrive you have to do a special ritual. Go to Serebii.net, the go to Game mechanics, then on the main page (Close to the top of the list) there should be a option callled 'The Deoxys Factor'. Go to that page, it will have all the details needed.
