I raised them by hand to raise their stats
Also I have won at least 15 battles straight with this team and have yet to experiance a loss

I made a Pokemon on boomspeed and it turned
Up as a bad egg holding an item that you can't take
Is that normal? Do I have to wait until it hatches and if so

I would give you a 10 because every Pokemon is holding the right kind of item that will help them most and they all have strong attacks that they would be able to inflict serious damage.

#2- that means you put the code in wrong, you need to go back and see what you did wrong, also, don't put egg flag on if you have it on
#1- it's like 6/10, some have little variety, and I would give you a point higher if you give groudon solarbeam back, because you can KO water Pokemon like swampert who isn't effective vs Thunder, plus better accuracy, and it's ability drought makes it so it only takes one turn to perform
