Use a mach bike to pass through the cracks. Then when you reach the top, you will pick one of the fossils, after you pick one the tower will shake and disappear, you get the fossil back in the fossil maniac's house after you beat the league.
Battle tower is located in the battle frontier, battle frontier will be only available after your beat the league an dgot the national dex by catching 60 pokemon.

Mirage tower is only there sometimes just go there every now and then with a mach bike and when you see it you can go into it
