I'm afraid no such code exists, the type depends on the Pokemon, but here is the hidden power tutor code, to use it just type the code in on your action replay and teach the Pokemon a TM and it will come up as the relevant move, in this case Hidden Power:

If it's a Gameshark code you want, then I'm sorry, I can't help you but I don't think there is a Hidden Power move code for Gameshark.
