Good people of the Pokemon world, I have a problem. And it's inexplicable. Could you masters help me with it??
I recently completed XD on the Gamecube with killer oldies, so I tried trading them to Emerald(Which I also have all the requirements to trade). So I plugged in the Gamecube/Gameboy Link cable and set it up with my SP and inserted Emerald. I went to Phenac in XD and the BF center and started the trade. It said "Insert Gameboy and turn on", or something like that. I followed the instructions and nothing happened!!
Please help me with this as I am dying to trade!!
Cheers,
Cyberdude

Turn on the power on your SP. And make sure everything is plugged in right. If that dosent work, something is wrong with it.
You are doing it right. Try blowing on the Emerald cartridge, turn it on when it shows the gamecube and the GBA also be sure to save in a Pokemon Center on Emerald. I don't know, you should be able to trade if you have all the requirements.
You are to leave the GBA/SP off and un-linked until you are told... If it continues to mess up try blowing in the link cable and GBA/SP... If that don't work make sure that the link cable is in tight.
(I had this same problem, All I had to do was blow in it and it would work.)
Hmm, I've traded with XD a few times, and that's happened. Make sure everything is set up. Oh, and make sure your Emerald character is in a Pokemon center before trading. That might be the problem, and be sure to have all the trade Pokemon ready.
