Pokemon with well balanced Movesets,excellent combos,and can recover well.
A good Pokemon with a good set would be.
Latios@Leftovers
Dragon Claw
Calm Mind
Psychic
Recover
Latios can Calm Mind for a while,Recover when needed and then sweep. If you don't like using Ubers or Ledgendary's like Regice. Then you can try sets like Elemence for Salamence,Dragon Dance Gyarados,and some others.

You need good strong Pokemon, Try figuring out the trainers Pokemon and types they use.

The kind that can take lots of damage and has good attacks (i suggest a blissey with egg bomb and return for part of your team. Do you know how much HP they have!).
