In Pokemon emerald you can get both kyrogre and groudon without trading.In ruby/sapphire you halve to trade to get those two.
You can go to the Battle Frontier and get all three legendaries.
The former basically has GSC Pok�mon in the wild and has the Battle Frontier and also has wireless capability.
You can go to the Battle Frontier. Catch Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. Pokemon Emerald could also go wireless.
Emerald has the three legendary pokemon: Rayquaza,Groudon and Kyogre, after you beat the game you can pick which one you want to catch between Latios or Latias. And theres the battle frontier.
Ruby: you can get groudon and latias, and some pokemo that can only be found in ruby.
Sapphire:you can get Kyogre and Latios, and some Pokemon you can only be found in Sapphire.
