Is this a good team for the 5th gym, it's the one with your dad.
Sceptile lvl36 Leaf Blade, Pound, Quick Attack, Bullet Seed
Skarmory level30 Peck, Steel Wing, Swift, Agility
Manectric level30 Quick Attack, Thunder Wave, Spark, Flash
Blaziken lvl36 Peck, Double Kick, Bulk Up, Blaze Kick
Swampert lvl36 Rollout, Growl, Mud Shot, Water Gun
Shedinja lvl 30 Leech Life, Harden, Sand Attack, Fury Swipes
Yes thats my team. I traded Swampert and Sceptile when they were Treecko and Mudkip from my Ruby game.

Actually yes it is but I suggest the blazikens double kick it's SUPER EFFECTIVE against his Pokemon keep using it and have plenty of super potions and you will beat him badly!!thats all I can say

Well yeah!! But you need to level them up a bit more! Norman has level 40 to 45 I think! But blaziken will do fine with double kick. Norman use normal type so have an advantage.

Why the hell does shedinja know harden when it's only got 1 hp. As soon as a fire for example attacks it and youve wasted a turn with harden, your already 1 Pokemon down. Shedinja is a good Pokemon, but teach it different moves like:
Protect TM17 lilyccove department store
Double Team TM32 mauville game corner
Confuse Ray Level 31
Toxic TM06 Fiery Path
Blaziken is okay, but when it gets to level 60 it should know
Blaze Kick Level 36
Slash Level 42
Mirror Move Level 49
Sky Uppercut Level 59
Sceptile delete pound for something else like false swipe for when you verse lengendarys
Skarmory learns steel wing on level 32. Why did you waste a TM?
Agility Level 16
Air Cutter Level 29
Steel Wing Level 32
Spikes Level 42
Manectric should have
Rain Dance TM18 abandoned ship
Thunder Level 45
Spark Level 20
Charge Level 53
Swampert should have
Earthquake Level 52

Make sure to raise your Blazekin until it learns slash at level 42 or 43. Use mainly slash and double kick to win. Slash has a high critical hit ratio and double kick is super effective against normal pokemon.

Yeah it is a good team, but you should teach your blaziken double kick.
