Okay I have only had this game for a week and I want to know if this is a good team. I try not to have any double weaknesses exept for salamence. They are all level 100

1.Hitmonlee-teach Earthquake instead of Mach Punch.

Hitmonlee: Refresh is useless, only thing you're scared of here is paralysis, which is already handily covered by limber. Teach it Bulk Up instead. And either replace Brick Break with Earthquake or leave it. Its good to keep Mach Punch because once you've Bulked up enough, you're Mach Punch will be devastating.
Salamence: Cool
Gengar: Lol, ghost type alakazam. It's good, you'll be able to sweep many pokemon
Metagross: Screw Iron defense, you don't need it. Instead, teach it Agility, it's a must. A fast Metagross is fully scary...
Kingdra: Another must-have move your missing here, if you're sticking with Special Moves. Replace Dragon Dance with Rain Dance. If you are using Dragon Dance just to raise speed, which I'm pretty sure you are, then Rain Dance will be MUCH MUCH more effective. Your speed gets doubled thanks to swift swim and your surf gets pumped up by 1.5, effectivly making it stronger than Hydro Pump.
Marowak: Thunderpunch, or any other special move on Marowak is just stupid. Your Earthquake will do more damage to a water type pokemon than Thunderpunch will, no joke because of STAB. After a few Swords Dances your laughing. Replace thunderpunch with Rock Slide or Aerial Ace to take care of Grass type.
You're a fairly awesome trainer I have to say, even though you've just started. You've got your Special and Physical Sweepers set out, which is good.
