How do I trade Emrald with Pokemon gold?? In Gold were do I get rock smash?

You cannot trade from Gold to Emerald. In Gold, you get Rock Smash from a man on eastern Route 36 after removing the Sudowoodo.

You can not trade Pokemon Gold with Emerald.
You buy rock smash at goldenrod city in the department store. It is a TM.
