How do you get a blissy, I already have a chancy?

You need to make chansey like you or you need to give it carbos or other stuff like that to make it evolve faster( I did it before). You need to have an evee that fully likes you and you need to trade it to ruby or sapphire or another emerald version. It worked with me when I had an evee on Pokemon fire red, but I think it works thesame with emerald.

To get a blissy you need to train it and make it's frendship go up allthe way. Same thing w umbreon or espeon except it depnds on what time it is. If it 12:00-11:59p.m. U'll get umbreon.If it is between these times except a.m. U'll get an espeon.

Note:
They'll evolve quiker if you use items like carbos and proteins or equip it w a soothe bell.Some berrys wrk like the bell but they may lower stats.

Your Chansey has to be at the highest level of friendliness. the Evee also has to be at a high friendliness level. Evee's evolution, either umbreon/espeon, depends on the time of day.
(Once the Pokemon are friendly raise their level by 1. Certain berries help increase friendship, but the berries lower stats.)

Make the Chancey like you and it will evolve into Blissey.
