Alot of people get the tickets to get to go to catch Lugia and Ho-oH and Dexoys and Mew but how do you get the tickets for them?

They're handed out through licensed magazines or events at which people sent by Nintendo come to malls and hold events. Eon Ticket events are no longer held, and the Old Sea Chart has yet to be distributed.

Well you have to get the tickets at a nintendo event but you can use a cheat device to get them though.
