Hey it's me again I went to shoal cave during low tide and went into the icy section where you get hail but I still couldnt find snowrunt. P.S. At what level does shellgon evolve? Thanx

You have to move around in the centre bit for a while. I didnt think there would be one there because all I got was zubat for a while. Shelgon evolves at level 50.
