Lotad can be found after oldale town to the left or after fallorbar??? Town where you can also find lombres. Seedot is far more tricky bacuse I only found when there was a news report about a mass outbreak of seedot.

Keep looking around route 103 and you should see a lotad, you don't see a seedot until you get further in the game
