How do you get those tickets?
Could you get them by defeating the Frontier Brains?
Or do you need Gameshark?

Yes you can get them from using a Gameshark but not from the Frontier Brains.

To get tickets you could go to a Nintendo event, OR use a cheating device. You cannot get tickets from Frontier Brains, just symbols.
