Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi.
I was wondering if beating the Elite Four many times has an effect at the Space Center in Mossdeep City? Does it have make the rockets launch more after each victory at the elite four?

I didn't know the rockets launched. That's cool.
Anyway, beating the E4 more than once usually doesn't make things happen more than once. Like lati@s only appears after you beat the E4 once. This case may be different though but I just learned that they launch so what do I know about it.
