Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have 4 questions... 1.I used my gameshark once and it did nothing to help and it wont work any more, what do you think is wrong...
2.How do you use the gamecube game Pokemon XD gale of darkness and emerald together to get jerachi and dioxys...
3. My freind told me that if you put jirachi and dioxys in the nersery and it will make a new pokemon...is this accurate?...
4.rate my teem please...((they are all level 100))..............................
Salamance,hp=301,fly..brickbreak..dragonclaw..cut
Walrein,hp=335,blizzard..iceball..secretpower..sheer cold
Armaldo,hp=277,metalclaw..furycutter..slash..cut
Swampert,hp=241,surf(has 18pp)..mud shot..muddywater..earthquake
Manetric,hp=261,hyperbeam..thunder..thunderbolt..irontail
Blaziken,hp=281,cut..overheat..flamethrower..fireblast
...........i also have these level 100 pokemon...tell me which should replace party pokemon.....
Camerupt,hp=277,eruption..fireblast..fissure..earthquake
Milotic,hp=325,icebeam..waterfall..surf..dive
Alakazam,hp=230,shadowball..phychic..recover..phybeam

2: I"m not sure (don't have gamecube) but I believe it has something to do with completing story mode...

3: Absolute nonsense. Both can't breed.

Can I please see their stats (atk, def, sp atk etc...)?

Salamence:
Oh god: lose cut, impart earthquake. Attach a Scope lens.

Walrein:
Lose secretpower, replace with ice beam. Walrein is particularly prone to many type weaknesses, attach a leftovers or focus band.

Armaldo:
Okay

Swampert:
Also Okay

Manetric:
Try attaching a leftovers or shell bell. Otherwise also okay.

Blaziken:
Delete overheat and replace with sky uppercut. Also remove cut and teach earthquake.

Camerupt is good but leave it in the pc. (too many type weaknesses, plus it's ATK and SP. ATK sucks)
Milotic should never see the light of day (HM pokemon.... Gasp.... The horror.....)
Alakazam is a good Pokemon, if you really wanted to switch, attach a quick claw and switch it with manetric.

Overall, I'd rate your team 89/100. I'll revise it when you show me the stats.

4. Lose cut,and trade Walrein for Alakazam. 7/10
