In the Aqua Hideout or from the Lilycove lottery if your ID matches exactly. You do not find one on Mirage Island.

You find the first Masterball in the aqua hideout, the leaders room.

Hi
You can find the "first" masterball in team aqua/magma's hideout. You can also get another one by winning first prize at the lottery corner. There arn't any other ways to get master balls after that. There isn't one on mirage island, only a rare liechi berry and lots of wild Wynauts.

There is one on Mirage beacause I Usd my first one on Rayquaza, and I used the other on Latias. Plus try on route 124.
