G stands for Gold, S stands for Silver, and C stands for Crystal. In other words, GSC Pokemon stand for Pokemon that are found in Gold, Silver, and Crystal. All in all, Jhoto pokemon.

You are refering to the Gold, Silver and Crystal pokemon. They can be traded from Fire Red and Leaf Green.
