Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can anyone tell me the REAL WAY of getting deoxys.
I talked to all the people in the space center and nothing happens.
P.s. How do I get the aroura ticket and the other speacial tickets if they exist. Please don't lie tell me the REAL WAY because this is really DRIVING ME NUTS!
P.s.s. i did every thing to get to marage island but the man can never see it and i NEED to know how to do it. thanks.

The REAL way to get tickets is to go to a Nintendo Event!! Otherwise you need a cheat device like AR and warp codes, which you'll find in the AR section.(I got to them all this way, including Deoxys & even MEW!)
I think the space center thing is a rumor anyway.
Don't let it drive you nuts, just go spend the $20 and get an AR!! A psychiatrist will cost much more!!!
Mirage Island is luck-I have yet to find it in any of the games (R/S/E) either and I've been trying like crazy, so just check with the guy each day, like getting berries and playing the lottery, it's different each new day.
I think it's when your ID number matches up exactly with the random one in the game (so you'd win the top lottery prize, too) but I cannot swear to anything!
Just what I've read in the past here on SC. I also read to just save there in the guy's house and not go anywhere else, just to ask him each day to make it happen quicker, but I cannot confirm this either, sorry!

Don't go crazy, man, just get an AR! It'll make your life much easier! I don't think you can get the "official" Nintendo downloads anymore anyway, they toured right after Emerald came out, and once they do it once, they don't do it again, as far as I know.

You have to use a AR (Action Replay) or a GS (Gameshark).

Ways to get Deoxys- AR, gameshark, trade or keep talking to the man who tell you the # of safe launches.
P.s. Go back in time to the year 2002. Tickets can be found in Nintendo events, Pokemon contests, and more.
P.s.s. To get to marage Island, you need people to trade their Pokemon to you because you need a special ID #. Then you go to the north(towards the right side of the map) and you should see it.

Sorry, the only way to obtain Deoxys is by obtaining the Aurora Ticket through a Nintendo promotion or possibly in a magazine circulated by them, and vouching it at the Lilycove ferry terminal. Obtaining it through a cheat device will not allow you to proceed.
As for Mirage Island, there is no apparent way to ensure that the man sees it; keep showing him random Pok�mon until he states that he's found the island.
