I can't answer no. 1 cos I don't understand it, no.2 is with a master ball but thats the same with any Pokemon and you can find it anywhere OUT DOORSi found it near the safari zone, you need to weaken it down best way false swipe

No. 3 you can use any ball to catch it I caught my goundon and kyogor with a great ball so geat balls are good, marage island is comepletely out of chance, but if youve been to the lilycove department sell out the island shows up shortly after that and no. 5 you get the master ball on mirage island just use the itemfinder
