Question for Pokemon Emerald
How do you get an easy catch and how do you get johto starters also how do you find latios I found latias but I did not catch it yet. I beat the elite four like 84 times to. Please help me please.

Weaken them to red, and use sleep powder or something.

You can get an easy catch but weaking it and try paralyzing it.
You could use a cheating device or you coulf get them off of Pokemon Coliseum.
Latios you can find him like any wheres but caves try surfing on the water that is where I found mine.

First for a easy cach I found this does work press a,b and down at the same time wen the pokeball not a different one hits it. 2nd johto you need to have all the hoenn region Pokemon the prof.birch calls u. 3rd you have to swich record with someone how has a latios with the wen the made a secret base battle him see it the catch it thanx I hope you injoy you're help.
