Is there any possible way to get all the Pokemon without a gameshark
Or any outher gaming equipment?

Yes, but it'll take forever... Unless you mean all the Kanto, Jhoto AND Hoenn pokemon... Then, I don't think you can... You can catch all the Hoenn Pokemon, trade all the Kanto Pokemon from FR/LG, but can't obtain all the Jhoto pokemon. It is possible to have some and most of them, but definately not all.

Yes.
All Hoenn Pokemon can be captured normaly.
Most Kanto Pokemon must be traded through Fire Red and Leaf Green or Colloseum or Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness
Jhoto Pokemon should be caught and traded from FR,LF,C and Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness.
Mew,is a Pokemon that is not obtainable in the U.S. You could get a ticket from a Nintendo Event or use an Action Replay or Gameshark.
Lugia,Ho-Oh and many other ledgendarys also need a ticket from a Nintendo Event or again an Action Replay or Gameshark
