How do you catch a febass? And when I say that I mean what is the two words your supposed to enter to the boy in dewford town.

It can be any two words; the phrase you put in changes Feebas's 6 spots. Normally, you put in Outrage Ally, and he should be more common than usual. That's what rumor has it, but I'm not sure if it's true. I always thought I ran into my Feebas by luck. Anyway, good luck!
