For stat equal pokemon(example:mewtwo,mew)
Best personality:serious
Moveset not given as there are not many of such pokemon

For fast pokemon(example:sneazel)
Best personality:hasty
Moveset also not given because your Pokemon should abuse it's speed by hitting the opponent with it's strongest attack in one strike.

Yup, those are some hints that you may take in mind also remember,the most powerful Pokemon must have a very high speed stat and it's moves must have good accuracy, try trading powerful but unsteady attacks for high accuracy moderate ones, your team would work better hope I helped!

A good attack team is; blaziken(lonely), salamence(adament), hariyama(naughty), gyarodos(brave), rayquaza(docile) and groudon(serious).

A good defence team is; swampert(impish), aggron(lax), claydol(relaxed), golem(serious), metagross(docile), and registeel(rash). a good over all team is; blaziken(lonely), swellow(naive), gardevoir(quiet), aggron(lax), wailord(carefull), rayquaza(sassy)

Defence and attack team:Steelix rock slide, earthquake, hyper beam and, harden. (of couse)
Scizor metal claw, false swipe, hyper beam and, subsitute. (for the 1 4th damage taken)
Golem Rollout, Rockblast, earthquake and, double edge. (for maximum damage)
Nosepass zap cannon, rockslide, magnitude and, rollout. (for straight on attacks)
Aggron harden, protect, iron defence and, take down. (for impressive defence)
Torkoal flamethrower, heatwave, erruption, and iron defence. (for full on power house and little defence attacks)

This is the ultimate attack and defence team. I'd give it a 9.9/10
The natures for a defence team for these pok'emon should be bold, impish, lax or, relaxed.

For attack adamant, brave, lonely, modest and , naughty.

To get steelix trade an onix from LG or FR holding a metal coat.
For Scizor trade a scyther from LG or FR holding a metal coat.
For golem just trade a graveler from LG or FR to Emerald.

Note all pok'emon listed have highest defence and attack and hp except for nosepass he has lowest hp. Rate please.

Just pick out a good team with all the weaknesses covered. Don't go all defense or all offense. Not a good idea. Balance your types an' moves out an' you'll have a kick butt team.
