You get the old sea map from a gameshark or an action replay or an nintendo event. But it is realy easy to get it of a action replay or gameshark because you don't want to travel to the nintendo event.

The old sea map you can only get through Nintendo Events in the US of A. (Not on the game by the way.) That, I'm sure you know, takes you to Mew. The easiest way is to use cheat codes to get to the island, or get Mew.
