Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey I am tryin to complete mine and a few friends pokedex, I caught Mew and Deoxys on Both Ruby and sapphire, in sapphire I have completed the main game, done the elite 4, caught rayquaza and kyogre.

I can trade them to FR/LG no problem, the only ones I have had trouble with are Mew, Deoxys and at some point a scizor, but I finally got the scizor to trade eventually, can anyone help me out here??

Also in both the fire red versions and the emerald version I tried to give deoxys to have all had the main story mode completed, PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!

Well, to obtain Deoxys and Jirachi, the only way to trade them is to have their tickets. It's pretty weird, I know. But, it happened to me when I tried trading Mew from Firered to Emerald. It turned out that when I got the Old Sea Chart, I was able to trade him. I don't know what's up with the Scizor, but you still got him, right? Well, rate this answer.

Mew and Deoxys cannot be traded unless you obtained Mew at the Southern Island and the Deoxys at Birth Island. This is a cheating deterrent that Nintendo installed into the cartridges.
