You msuy ahve string Pok�mon. Those Pok�mon must have good moves that can really damage the foe. You also need to carry Pok�mon that are the weakness to the Elite 4.

Well, to beat the elite 4 you need good Pokemon.
Fr the first one you can use any good move, from the second one, you need dark tipe moves exept for sbele, for the third one you need fire and grass type moves, for the fourth one you can either use rock slide or dragon moves and for the fith one you'll need solar beam or thunder.
Thats how I beat the elite four.

Just train your Pokemon to about 50+ and you should be able to beat the elite 4.
