How do you get the second fossil?

You can get only one Hoenn starter and one Johto starter in one game. As for the other Lati, you can get it with the Eon Ticket (simply mix records with a player that has a valid Eon Ticket), and the second fossil you get at the end of the Desert Underpass, which is accessible from the Fossil Maniac's House on Route 114.

You get it at the end of the tunnel in the fossil maniac's house after you beat the elite 4. You need the Eon ticket to get the second lati, you have to trade the starters.

No offence, but you're obsessed with seconds of everything, aren't you? Well, no prob! To get the second fossil, you have to beat the E4, first. Then, go to the Fossil Maniac's house and go to where the Fossil Maniac is. There's a cave behind him.

In there is the second fossil, and along the way are Ditto, Whismur, and Loudred. It's pretty annoying, and a little confusing. And, to get the second (and only) Lati, defeat/catch the first one. Then, by cheating or going to a Nintendo Event, obtain the Eon Ticket and go to Southern Island. Obviously, you'd have to go to the Harbor in Slateport/Lilycove. If you cheat, make sure to trigger Southern Island, also.

And, by other starter Pokemon, do you mean the Jhoto starter pokemon? First, beat the E4. Then, try to catch all the 200 Pokemon of Hoenn (by that, I mean all the Pokemon in the Hoenn dex). Jirachi and Deoxys don't matter, but if you want to, you could catch them, also. Prof. Birch should automatically call you and tell you to come to the lab. If he doesn't, you missed a pokemon.

But, when he does, go down to the lab and you have the choice of choosing either Cyndiquil, Chicorita, or Totodile. You can only choose one, sadly, so make it a good choice. All I know is how to get the second fossil. If you already got the first one then go to the town north of the volcano. After you are there, walk west out of the town and you should see a house. Go in it and you should see a back door. Go in it and keep walking. The other fossil is there. Oh yeah, you also have to beat the elit four.

1.Beat the elite four, go to Fallbour, go to the fossil maniacs house, go through the tunnel, go through the new tunnel he has built, go to the eng and VOLIA!

2.You have to trade from a different game.

To get the all the starters obisouly you have 2 emeralds you just trade when your able to trade. Make sure you get a male and female so you can mate. To get the jhoto starters do the same just complete the pokedex.

But you only get one. Heres a cheats though have a copy of each Pokemon and just trade 1 of each over and trade them back you can then get each of the starters.

To get the other foosil after you beat the Elite 4 just go to the fossil maniac's house and simpily make it through the cave he dug. Warning the Dittos are very hard to catch.
