You mean Old Sea Chart, that leads you to Faraway Island. Go to a Nintendo Event!!! That's all I can say!!!

The only way you can get Mew is by receiving the Old Sea Chart. The Chart is not a Ticket, but it works as one. The only way to get the Chart is by going to a Nintendo Event and you will be given a card. The next thing you do is swipe the card in an eReader by following the Instrutions and transfer it to the game by a link cable. Then I think you talk to Captain Stern and he should take you to the island wher you can fight Mew. You can find out where the Nintendo Events will be held at www.nintendo.com, but all the events for this game might be over.
