You need to raise its Beauty condition to maximum level and then raise Feebas a level.

It doesn't evolve that way. You have to raise it's beauty to it's max (with Pok�blocks). Then level it up by one. That should make it evolve.

Well if you max out his beauty level then the next level he will eveolve into milotic

It dosen't evolve by level, you have to give it berries that max feebas's beauty. Keep giving it block's by blending berries in the Pok�mon contest and get the block's with a blue square showing with bitter, smooth etc. Whichever one has the blue square next to it, make sure you use the berries that do so.

Feebas only evolves when it's beauty is all the way up. After you have it's beauty all the way up then he should evolve.

You have to max out it's buety to the maximam then raise it one level and it will evolve into milotic

Any level. What you need to do is max out it's beauty condition and then raise it a level. Even at level 5, it can evolve as long as it has maxed out beauty. Rate this answer.
