You have to write LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL in the pokemart questionare then at a Pokemon Rocks America event they'll give you the ticket

Where? Go to a Nintendo Event. YOU MUST BE IN THE USA!!!
How? To find out where it is, go to pokemon.com. There, it will say when and where the next one will be. If you're in that area, bring your wireless communicator, your game and your gameboy.
Go to that machine thing and select Aurora Ticket. Go to Mystery Gift and activate it. Wait for the ticket to load and... Viola! You know have the ticket! Well... Go to the second floor of any Pokemon center and talk to the person that wasn't originally there and he will give you the ticket. NOW you have the ticket!!!
