Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi dudes I got a few questions for you, could you please answer them.

1.It wont let me trade any Pokemon for some reason why wont it let me?

2.When do you get to go to the new places.

1. It depends on what Pokemon you're trading. What Pokemon is it?
2. The new places are two added areas in the Safari Zone, Desert Underpass, the added cave in Meteor Falls, Altering Cave, and the Battle Frontier, all of which can be accessed after beating the E4. Rate this answer.

Is the link cable secure? If you're receiving Pok�mon not in the Hoenn Pok�dex, do you have the National Pok�dex enabled? If you're trading with Fire Red or Leaf Green, have you turned the Ruby and Sapphire in to Celio? Are you using a link or wireless adpater?

1. If you're trying to trade with an old game, than it won't let you. You can only trade with the new games.
2. Maybe you haven't beaten the Gym Leader?

Answer for question number 1:

You need the new version of the link cable or get the vier less link cable
for qustion number 2:

You don't get to go to kanto or johto
Thats the sad thing about the emerald or ruby/saphire
