To get the old sea chart you need to use an action replay or gameshark because they haven't released it in the U.S.

Whoa there. The Old Sea Chart is a very special item- you don't just find it- you have to go to a Nintendo Event to get it. To find out when and where the next one will be, go to www.pokemon.com. OR, you can just cheat. Rate this answer.
