Whoa there, homie. That goes in the Firered section. You can't catch an Electabuzz in this game. But, you can catch him near/in the Power Plant. I forgot where I caught one. Remember- THIS GOES IN THE FR SECTION!!! Rate this answer.

Yeah, i'm sure he WOULD have put the question in the Fire Red section, had he known that Electabuzz wasn't in Emerald.

Import one from Fire Red (where it can be found in the Power Plant).

You can't catch one but I think the pose of electabuzz is diffrent from Fire Red to see this go to the battle pyramid and in some levels youll see one

u can see electabuzz but u cant catch them thts the problem

you have to spend all your money on electe arm ps you will get it from steven. then fly to ever grand city and then i dont know wha to do i have to figure it out cause i have to find a electabuzz i really have to find one to my colect and then i will use it every single day

Ok first go to sky pillar, next make sure you have a magmar in your party in the first slot, then go to where you would normally find rayquaza and try to dig. Once this is done it will unlock a secret passage on route 111 where you go into the new cave and you have a 0.1% chance of finding one.
