Question for Pokemon Emerald
I want to trade Deoxys to my Emerald Game but
When I go into the trade room it says
"THIS POKEMON CAN'T BE TRADED NOW"
I have the Nationald Dex in Emerald but
it still won't let me trade!
Please Help!

I don't know. When I wanted to trade Mew from Sa to FR, they said that he couldn't be traded, either. I guess that it depends on how you got Deoxys. If it was from a Nintendo Event, you can trade it of if it was from using a cheat, I guess that's the thing.
I got my Mew using a cheat and couldn't trade into FR. Although, for some reason I traded Deoxys into Em just fine! And, I used a cheat to get him. So, I don't know what's going on.

If the Deoxys was not caught on Birth island then it cannot be traded.

You want to trade it from LG/FR ?
In LG/FR you should have the Ruby & Sapphire plate.
Ruby plate is found on Mt.Ember after you beat the E4 and the Sapphire plate is in island 6(you must use CUT in the door to open it).

You must have caught your Deoxys by using an Encounter Code - both Mew and Deoxys cannot be traded out of the game you "caught" them in if you use an Encounter Code like that. A better choice is to use the "warp codes" (found on this website) and warp to Birth Isle and Faraway Isle to catch a REAL Deoxys and Mew, respectively, in Emerald. This frustrated me a lot, too, before I found out about the warp codes.

It's because you got him with an AR or Gameshark. Nintendo tags them so you cannot trade the "illegal" Pokemon to other games. Unless he came from FG/LG AND you have the Aurora Ticket FROM Nintendo you won't be able to do it.
He may go into a R/S(unless that's where you got him from-but from one to another then)since they may not have had it blocked back then since he didn't exist yet. He won't into Colloseum either, that's a definite.
Sorry! Maybe they'll let us get the real tickets easier this time, we can always hope! If you live near NYC they do alot of events there and that's how to get the tickets-check pokemon.com for more info.
