On emerald can you find these tickets and Pokemon without gameshark or..

Nothing here is avaiable without Gameshark or Nintendo Event.
The islands are in these places:
1. Navel Rock is in the Sevii Islands but you can not see in the Pokenav where you are.
2. Birth island is in Sevii Islands too and same as Navel Rock.
3. Faraway Island is out of the maps somewhere...
4. Mirage Island is near Sky Pillar but I have never seen it, just heard about it.

No - sorry. No way exists to get those tickets without a Nintendo machine or a Gameshark/Action Replay. I would recommend buying an action replay, tho, cause it has a lot of good codes for other stuff like items and moves etc.

OK-tickets and sea maps are how you get to the islands(Aurora-Birth-Doexys;Mystic-Navel Rock-Ho-oh&Lugia; Eon-Southern Island-Latios/Latias; Old Sea Map-Faraway Island-Mew)and they can be obtained officially only through Nintendo Events-Like "Nintendo Rocks America"-sponsored and given by Nintendo.

The do tours (occasionally to rarely) and have a HQ type place in NYC where they just gave out the Mystic Ticket for Emerald and the Munchlax download for Pokemon Dash at a recent event.

However, since they make it nearly impossible to get them, so if you have an AR or GS you will be able to find codes to get you there either through warps to the islands or tickets(harder to do) or encounter codes to catch a particular pokemon. Mirage Island is just east(left) of Pacifidlog town, but appears and disappears(?) and the only way to catch it is to go to the guy in Pacifidlog and ask if he sees it, if so go east and get there since it may be your only chance.

It seems to have something to do with a number that changes each Pokemon day(12am-11:59 pm)and if it matches the pokemon's number in your party when you ask he will see it. I'd check with him each day like collecting berries or lottery or secret base battles. On the island are Wynauts of various levels and very rare Leichi berries-the main reason to go since they make Gold pokeblocks-just don't plant them there you may never get back there!!!!

Jirachi can be gotten by trading him from a R/S game that he was put into from the Colloseum bonuds disc(won't work in Emerald) and Deoxys you need the Aurora ticket to get(or trade a legal one from FR/LG).

There's a story that if you get all 5 stars and a gold trainer card (do all in game-it's a lot) you can go into space on the 50th and 100th rockets launched from the space center and get Jirachi and Deoxys. The same was said about R/S, but I never heard of anyone actually doing it, so I believe it's a Pokemon myth!

Save yourself headaches and ask for an AR for x-mas!
