Question for Pokemon Emerald

I need help finding where team aqua is. I have already beat all 7 gyms expect the one in sootoplis city.

I beat team magma from stealing the rocket fuel.Plz answer the question and be exaxt.scecify in every I would really appreaciate it.

I also need help in finding out where the 8th gym leader is.

It says that the door is closed and this old man blocks me from this cave.plz help me out.

Ps: If someone can be nice enough to just help me out for the seventh gym badge until after the elite four.

I don't want to bother ya'll with muliple question (which I just did, sorry).

PSS hope I don't sound stupid and this is not too much. REPLY plz

You have to go under water in the first big trench underwater south of mossdeep, follow the path and you will eventually get to a hole.
