Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hello. I pretty just started the hoenn region version so I basically know nothing.
So can you people tell me if there is a Pokemon that knows DIG when you catch it. It's because I so stupidly sold the TM and I need to catch the regi's....
Sorry about the stupid q. Well if there is a Pokemon like that please help...

Normally diglett knows dig off the start and in lilycove I'm pretty sure you can buy it

I thnk there's only one Hoenn Pokemon that can. It's nincada. You have to train it to level 45! Without letting it evolve then it'll learn dig. There are no diglet's in the Johto Pokemon section of the safari zone. If you don't want to train then trade from another game.

Ummm..either trapinch on lvl 40-50 will learn it or crawdaunt but I'm not certain.

Trapinch and sandshrew both learn it. I do not know the level. And I don't know what the other people were thinking, diglett is not in the game.
