I would say they are both pretty equal but I choose latias.

People say that latias has the higher stats but it's not true. They have they same stats except for Latias has higher defense then Latios and latios has higher attack then latias. But they learn different moves.

Latios, because all of the stats of both Lati's are the same exept for Sp. At., and Latios' Sp. At. Is higher. Please rate this answer.

Get latias I think it looks better and it's stronger because it learns recover faster!
