Hay I've got a few questions
1) Someone told me that you can catch surkits in emarld by watching tv lots and it says there is a outbrust of Surkits is this ture?
2) Can you battle that guy in Metor Falls more then once?
3)where do you get a chocie band?
4)Are there any items that ups psyhic moves and ups dragons moves

Surskit can only be acquired when Pok�mon News broadcasts outbreaks, and you cannot catch them at at any other time; you cannot battle Steven again; Choice Band will set you back 64 Battle Points at the Battle Frontier's Exchange Centre; Dragon Fang, which boosts Dragon-type moves, comes from Dragon Tamer Nicholas after you battle a fifth time with him, and Twistedspoon, which powers up Psychic moves, can be found attached to wild Abra.

1: Yes this IS true. But it take a very long time.
2: I'm not sure but his name is Steven
3: You can get it for about 20 battle points at thew battle frontier.
4: Dragon moves are upped by dragon tooth and psychic moves... I don't know.

2. There are a couple of ppl in meteor falls so you'll have to be more specific.
3.Batlle frontier.
4. Twistedspoon (psychic) Dragon Fang (dragon)
If you really want to know there are items to increase the power of all types of pokemon! And for some types there are two items.
