How do I find shiny ralts?
I'd like to find shiny ralts in pokémon emerald version but it is hard because normal ralts has 4% chance to appear so is there an easy way without hacks? I don't want to hack because I am worried about the bad egg so do I have to just walk and be patient?

Best way is to catch a male and a female of your choice (with the best trait and everything) and breed them en masse, as you are guaranteed to have a ralts and you can hatch 5 at a time. Use the mach bike to your favor and go back and forth, and if you're lucky, you'll get one (chances are 1 in 8192, if I'm not wrong)
