Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can somebody tell me what the altering cave is supposed to do or what it's for? I've been there many times but it is always empty.
I also wanted the website where you had to put your trainer card number and get the words to make the little girl in Rustboro to laugh.
I saw that question somewhere else posted twice but I couldn't find the one with the answer. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Altering Cave is at first a cave where you can only catch Zubat. But, I think if you activate Mystery Gift, you can catch other rare pokemon. (Not that Zubat is rare...)
For your second question... It's: http://www.filb.de/games/word.php?lang=2. Just put in your ID# and what you want your design to look like. It's that easy and it's really cool at how this website does it. I've done it a couple of times.
You get a new wallpaper and you only get one. So, if you want to change it, just go back to the website and just, well, choose the design you want. Remember, you can only get one wallpaper at a time. This really works! Rate this answer!

The altering cave doesn't do anything that I'm aware of.
I don't think there's a website like that.

You gotta get an e-reader and scan certain monsters cards (like houndour or mareep). Other than that there is only Zubats.

The Altering Cave may be linked to certain cards that Nintendo is bound to release in the future, but it has kept mum about the Altering Cave, so I'm not sure about it's use. As for the Walda password, you may access the generator website via the links below:
