1 You have to trap it. It can be easy and hard, but it's not always going in a different direction as your character. You can trick it and head in front of it. It's level 30 so you can probably catch it with an ultra ball.

2 Get lucky keep trying to move the rock around, and remember all of the different ways you moved it, it took me 10 minutes to catch it. Deoxys is also on Lv 30.

4 Simple, on southern island click on the rock, if you used the warp codes there is a guy with really good codes in the action replay section. You have to type in the Latios/Latias Enabler wich will make them appear, then for fun type in the Mylti Latios/Latias code to battle them as many times as you want.
Navel Island head to the very back to the stairs. If you used the warp codes your action replay must be off. Go to the Right and down the stairs to Lugia Lv 70. Go to the left and up the stairs to Ho-Oh Lv70.

I think it's more fun to have the tickets, you can go to the islands any time you want by taking the ferry.

1. You neeed to get him by keeping on finding him.he plays hide and seek with you but you'll eventually get him.
