Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey...does anyone know if there is an action replay code that makes wild Pokemon appear at a certain level? I know they have them for firered and stuff but I havent seen any for emerald. Please respond asap I'm stuck on something in the game and I need a higher leveled Pokemon to beat it...thanks

I don't think there is... but in gold, silver and maybe crystal there a cheat for gameshark that makes your Pokemon level 255 or something like that.
